I would expect for almost $23.00 that the ribs would be bigger than 3in long. This is just un acceptable for the price I definitely will not be returning.

The brisket had a great flavor. Don't get the lean part unless you really like it lean.

First time visit. I had the Junior plate to try a little of everything. It was over the top! My hubby had the brisket and pork belly sandwich and his eyes rolled back in his head! He said it was the best BBQ he’s ever had (and he’s had plenty)! Neither of us even needed sauce. It was about $30 and worth every penny. We were stuffed but couldn’t leave a morsel on our plates. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner was a joy to visit with and hear his story on relocating his restaurant to Early Texas. Highly recommend checking it out!

The best BBQ you will ever have. Great flavor, great people & great atmosphere. Make this your go to BBQ place. Also, pick up some Bando's Brand Salsa while you're there!

Was extremely impressed with their food. Ordered the Junior plate with mexican sausage, moist brisket and ribs. If you aren't sure which sausage to get, they let you have a sample of each to help make the decision. The brisket was the juiciest and the meat on the rib was falling off the bone. The mac & cheese had a jalapeño kick, which added some nice flavor to it. Even the toast was the perfect amount of buttery. They have 3 long tables to eat at, so you might have to get close and personal to some of your neighbors, but the day I came there was plenty of space. Cute place with delicious food and would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

They weren't to friendly, I had to do all the talking and being friendly. I am used to going into a place and people selling their service, making me want to come back for more. No one really welcomed me. I am willing to try the service again, maybe they weren't having a good day.

Prices were very high, just like the lunch ladys hunch back that I always thought was her butt, way back in elementary school. "Dooya want mashed tadders wif dat..?"

We live in east Texas, and our good friends live in Comanche. They had had a serious accident and we were too far away to help them! So I called Up IN Smoke, and had them deliver a meat tray with beans and potato salad. And our friends said it was wonderful! They wanted to know the name of the restaurant so that when they are up and about again, they can frequent it. I was just so pleased that being so far away I could get some GOOD food delivered to them. Comanche is 22 miles from Early Texas. The person I talked with was so helpful and accommodating. The Food was wonderful. The service was incredible. We are just grateful! Thanks to all!

I ordered the Three brisket tacos.Delicious stuff, plenty of meat with a pickled slaw, paired well with their barbecue sauce. The cowboy potato salad was pretty good too.I’ll definitely will be a repeat customer.
