I do not recommend using them.“What are the laws on credit card surcharges in Texas?Two sections in the Texas Business & Commerce Code prohibit a seller from charging a fee when a buyer uses a credit or debit card as payment. These laws are in Sections 604A.0021 and 604A.002, respectively.Each statute provides exceptions for state and local government entities and private schools in certain circumstances; read each statute for more details on these exceptions.Vegetarian options: Bean burrito is the vegetarian option

The food at Taco Casa is always excellent. However, they're now discriminating against debit and credit card users by adding on a 5.8% swipe fee for every transaction that's run with a debit card. This is ILLEGAL per the contract with Visa and MasterCard as well as under state law with the Texas Attorney General.Either a separate credit price must be displayed on the menu board OR Taco Casa must charge the SAME price to cash and credit/debit card customers.I ended up walking out and going to the Sonic across the street.

I stopped at taco casa in Eastland Texas because the food always tastes better than Taco Bell drove thirty miles home open up my super nachos and this is what I get. If this is how you serve it then you need to rename it super dip because I had to take my chips and just dip it in each one of ingredients until I finally decided just mix everything together and then dip the chips in it. Highly upset at my dinner decision now.
