Since the first two times, I was impressed by the taste of the burgers/food, I had ordered, Very Tasty...This Third time however,Not so much. Not only did I wait for what seemed an unusually long time, butIt did not resemble ANYTHING like what they had pictured on the menu, as it had a name. Being a "Gourmet" Burger, it should have been more impressive than what I was given. Sorry to say, but this dine in experience was a ?? for me.

To start, I’ve been here many times and the food is always excellent. Today was no different. Food was delicious. However the service was terrible. Apparently the owner had all his family and friends over for lunch which made the wait time for our food over 35 min. There were kids running around throwing toys all over the floor, running in and out of the kitchen and counters. It wasn’t until we finally got up and asked how much longer that they told us they had a few more orders to go then they would clean the grill and finally start on ours. That was unacceptable so we asked for a refund but that’s when they then told us that they were already cooking ours and within 5 min our order was out. They gave us very cold and stale fries so we had to go up again and ask for fresh fries which they provided 2 min later.

Spoke to arlette today, left me me on the phone for 19 mins, was trig to get my order redone but she couldn’t get a hold of Juan. I can hear gossiping chit chatting while on hold, not very professional. I’ve enjoyed this place but as of today let me warn you, ever since management is no where to be seen it’s turned into just another mismanaged burger joint. Hate to see it turn this way, arlette didn’t seem to care about this google review, and she said that fine that I post a negative review, so here it is, beware of the service and food you are about to purchase, consider this your warning of this place.

The best lettuce wrapped burgers! If you’re on a low carb diet and craving a delicious burger, I highly recommend BAB. I also recommend the jalapeño poppers, garlic parmesan & aioli fries, and buffalo bleu chicken fries. Regular bun burgers are also delicious. And big. Come hungry!

Was overcharged on one combo and cashier refused to adjust ticket. Then we got out burgers and the meat was so burned it impossible to eat. The onion rings were burned as well.

We had Rick's old fashioned burger and.... it was sooo good!!!!!!! One of the best burgers I've had in the valley so far. I will definitely recommend it to everyone I know. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice environment aswell.

They were out of most fountain drinks and messed up our order. We ordered a hot Cheeto burger and were given a Mexican burger instead. The food was ok but not great. Our order took a while to come

First of all this place has no customer service. Had a kid in the front just starring not even able to greet. Was 30 min before they closed, appearantly they had no cheese and othe ingredients and only for take out because they were closing in 30 min.Then you see the cook all dirty coming from the back... with all the impression I would even want to eat there period!!!
