My husband met me for some breakfast during a short break. We waited in line for about five minutes, nobody around. The lady in brown or some color took the first person’s order in line and immediately walked away after. We waited maybe another three minutes and got the attention of I’m guessing another manager(guy) in black that was putting the food together he took our order, we sat down. Waited maybe 5-8 more minutes. They finally called us for our food. My husband’s food is burnt (literally just French toast). Then the girl manager tells him “we don’t have syrup, is that OK?” Like girl NO it’s not okay, I should’ve been informed about the syrup before I even made the order. Nonetheless, I had to take my food to go, and my husband didn’t get to eat.. VERY SLOW SERVICE DONT RECOMMEND.

I'm am in the process of speaking to Channel 5 because this place doesn't pay its employees. I've been trying to get paid now for some time all they do is just keep coming out with excuses and excuses. I already went to the Texas Workforce to try to file a complaint. All I need is my money to pay bills here at home, my light is already past due and my rent is late!!! What is owed to me not even that much and yet they can't even pay me?! What kind of business is this??? The least they could do is just hand write me a check or pay me out in cash. Don't ya'll think? Also it's employees are constantly smoking in the restrooms and high on the job. Do not eat here ?!!!

Burgers need to be hot when ordered, and my burger the bread was cold out of thr bag. The meat was semi-warm and they put too much mayonnaise the beef keeps sliding out of bun. The chicken nuggets were cold and I request first and they did accommodate me.The chicken nuggets were the most untasteful nuggets I've ever tasted. Burger King needs to take off menu and make better one's. They need more chicken and the outer skin needs to be crispy not soft.

I have yet to figure out how BK is still open for business. Service is pathetic. The employees along with management and owners should attend training school at McDonald’s or Chick fil a Who knows maybe then they would get better reviews. Stay away as far as possible from BK unless you enjoy terrible service.
