Went to chopstix in Edinburg with my bf yesterday because we’ve had good experiences in the past but they gave us egg drop soup with moldy egg. We asked if we could get a discount of some sort and the person in charge said they could only take off our drinks (which they didn’t) and still paid full price for this obviously disgusting and unsanitary food. I NEVER had a horrible experience until now, and I’m definitely never coming back. I hope this place closes down for health code violations one day.

If you want a pho that really delicious then definitely don’t buy it from here. This is the first pho I’ve ever had which didn’t come with the simple stuff such as jalapeños and a lime or lemon. The noodles are more of spaghetti noodles. Unfortunately my normal go to restaurant was closed which has amazing pho. Maybe the other food here is good, but I won’t be returning to find out

Love the Low-mein here. I could pick this up a few times a month. Always good flavor to the food. Convince of pick up or dine in. Staff is always friendly. I have not had a bad experience with this location. I recommend it.
