We ordered 3 Fiesta chicken boxes and one tender box to go. When we arrived at our destination we discovered we received 4 Fiesta boxes without jalapeños and no tender box. I attempted to call them but no one answered. After work we stopped by and explained the situation and requested a refund, which was almost $3, the principle of things and honesty. However, the worker chose to give me a small cup of jalapeños and a large tender box. While I was waiting she was talking to her coworker in Spanish, I guess thinking I didn’t understand what she was saying about me. The food was good, I was more than compensated for the missing food but I didn’t appreciate what the worker was saying in Spanish.

Gave me half fresh fry chicken n half chicken that was sitting there for 45mins never going there,a n other thing one employee dropped the tongues they just picked up n put back,didn't clean it or washed it

THEY REALLY NEED TO GET RID OF THE ENTIRE STAFF! The Entire Staff Are Young, Ignorant, Childish, Disrespectful! This includes the pathetic so called management! The manager, she was getting disrespected, they were all yelling at each other, then after waiting for over 20min the manager noticed that I was getting upset, so she tried to maintain so type of authority but these ignorant employees just laughed at her! - I had to remind her 4 different times about my order, and the items I was still pending from my paid order! - So Please Everyone Don't Stop Here! Until The Change Management! It's Not Worth It!

The last 2 or 3 experiences have been bad. There needs to be a good manager at this place. It seems to be run by teenagers. It's sad, I always had good memories of good chicken at Churche's. Fast and good... now it's slow and so so.

I order three chicken sandwiches All 3 were burnt asked for a manager. No manager was in the employee will s playing around food across the restaurant.Just a terrible restaurant.
This location needs a better managment or close it down for good, food is never fresh, chicken was dried as heck, chicken strips cold and stale. At least i got my whole order, since they always forget to put something in. Its not 1 bad day its an always theres something wrong getting food from there ?
