I walked in wondering if a custom roll size could be done and sadly they were unable to but still managed to exceed my expectations. My teen daughter is very selective on what she consumes and she LOVED the original roll. I ordered the cake not really knowing what to expect about a month ahead of time since I work out of state and would be gone and they came THROUGH! I love the detail they put into her valentines day gift. It was fresh, on time, beautiful, tasty. The customer service that was provided is rare for the valley. They definitely have my service from here on out. Very affordable as well, largest size cake was under $100. Way better than the bundt place, these you can see them bake and even taste fresh! Worth every penny! Thank you Shane and your team

Horrible experience. We just drove 35 minutes to try this store and the attendant immediately without even greeting us told us that it would be a very long wait, that all of the online orders would be prioritized before ours, and that we should just leave and come back another time. Because I had a car with family expecting to get something, we ended up waiting more than half an hour for our subpar order. Huge waste of time and money and not at all something we would want to patronize again.

Super friendly and helpful service! I walked in around lunch time and folks were just starting to come in. It's a small mom and pop size business (my favorite kind!). An interesting gourmet concept. You go in, pick what kind of roll you'd like (I picked "old skool", a traditional Cinnamon filled roll). Next, you picked your icing flavor and how thick ( I wanted light cream cheese), then lastly you chose toppings, anything from caramel bits, chocolate chips, fresh or dried fruits or nuts, etc. (again I went traditional with pecans). I got there as they were taking a fresh batch out of the oven and had to wait about 7 minutes for a hot gooey roll. No big deal to get a hot, yummy roll. The price of these are a moderate $5.75 for the basic roll, then add-ons, start at .50. Although it smelled delicious, I was a bit underwhelmed. It wasn't horrible by any means, but I felt they were pretty stingy with the pecans, and it just lacked the yummy, yeasty taste of a cinnamon roll. But I would definitely go here, before I would go to cinnabon!

Amazing experience!Seriously blown away at how delicious everything was! And it being vegan! I was in vegan bliss world there. My standards are very high when it comes to vegan foods.. and WOW! They knock it outta the park. I had the lemon berry dessert, apple pie roll, and the cookie. I can't wait to go back. And I HOPE bussiness is BLOOMING so we can have yall in the valley for a very long time.

(And yes I understand español so that’s no excuse!) It’s unsettling to pay a premium price & be treated in such an ODD manner. There were 2 girls that pretty much just stared at us the whole time. No hello. No thank you. Nothing. Awkward laser stares. 2. The cinnamon roll I got looked nothing like the display. See my pic. I got the churro one. If you browse the pics of other reviewers you’ll see the display case versions. Notice the difference. I basically got a very basic, plain cinnamon roll. It was good, but it wasn’t spectacular AND not exactly what I ordered. I ordered the one in the display case & paid a premium $$$. (Misleading) Had I known I likely would not have ordered that. ??♀️ My son got a pre packed brownie. He loved it. It was decent imo. Not very decadent or sweet. ♟️? They had games out on tables which is nice if you want to bring kids or a date & chill for a bit. It’s worth a try but I doubt we’ll go back for the reasons stated above. Customer service seems to be ☠️ these days. Not sure if one of those girls was the owner if not - owner I would remind your staff the importance of making ? contact and simply GREETING the customer. Hello, what can I get you? At MINIMUM. ? If the owner was one then there’s no hope & you should do better or that place will go under quick.
