It was the worst experience ever. Waited over 30 minutes for food when they weren't even busy. There were over 6 employees and people who got here after us got their food 1st. When asking the manager why it was taking so long, she couldn't give me any information she only spoke in Spanish and said it was coming. Unfortunately, this will discourage me from bringing the kids here again. Food was cold

Honestly this was the worst experience I've had so far me and my wife went over for blizzard, the light were off to the menu board couldn't see anything and we weren't greeted, were spoken too in a bad mood by "Karen" who kept insisting that we hurry up and order and couldn't even give us time to think then when we drove up she slammed the window open yanked my card slammed it shut and proceeded to do the same thing after while yelling second window and slamming the window shut, I'm sorry but this is unacceptable when I spoke to her manager who wasn't wearing a headset or a name tag and said her name was also Karen I didn't get an apology or anything all I got was smiles and giggles, I understand when customers can be frustrating to employees but I was polite kind and patient because I understand I work in the industry I've been a manager at dairy Queen and I currently am a manager this is by far the worst customer service I've seen I wasn't given an apology for anything

I have never had any problems picking up blizzards to go. Today I ordered 4 to go and I asked for lids to be placed on them just in case they leak. I received my order and if they would have flipped the blizzards the way they usually do would have fallen on the floor. They were super watery. They also had no lids like I asked for. I told the young lady that carried them out without a cupholder that I only had 2 cup holders. She stated we have no cupholders and left. At least she should have brought me lids instead of just walking away. Please listen to your customers.
If I can put 0 star I will do it, but I can’t, I ordered BROWNIE & ORE0® COOKIE CUPFECTION, Alondra was the one who made it and it was terrible service, Even found a hair in my ice cream, i could not even eat it, it was nasty ? and will not recommend it,

I ordered two banana splits with extra pecans and neither had pecans. I got a royal blizzard and they gave me some Oreo type blizzard then I let them know it’s the wrong one and I received a strawberry blizzard with cheese cake toppings?? No spoons either. Only thing correct was the VANILLLA ICE CREAM CONE. Horrible service from these two young ladies, Karen and another young lady. id I could put 0 stars I would.
