I'm not one to judge harshly but it was just a terrible experience. The host almost never had her mask and she was just eating the entire time the wait was almost an hour but only because they had only two waiters but it wasn't even packed. When we finally got seated the waiters weren't wearing any gloves when handling our food and utensils. When more people came in and started saying other guests it was right behind and in front of us and the tables were pretty close to each other so it made me uncomfortable since the entire restaurant was empty and they just decided to put them around us only. I understand the waiter sections but if there was no one except us three couples it would've been find for space them out. The food was awful everything was cold as if it had just came out the freezer. The buns weren't steamed right so they were cold and almost slimy. Since everything was cold I was just hoping I wasn't gonna get stomach infection. We were extremely disappointed because we heard so many good things and only ended up hating it.

Love the Ramen here, and the dragon eggs appetizer. I try to visit when I'm in town. They lose a star because if the seating.. literally wood boxes.

Absolutely one of the most authentic Japanese restaurants you will find here in the RGV. Ordered The Spicy Warrior noodle bowl and it blew my mind! Absolutely fresh food with a unique, sweet flavor complemented with awesome herbs and spices. The pork belly was nice and fatty, the way I like it (may not be suitable for everyone but it was delicious). Chicken was sweet and we'll seasoned. You have to try this!

First time here and I order the spicy pork chin gaou, added beef to it, it was a delicious broth, beef super tender. After eating some of the ramen ,as is, I added a "spicy bomb" which was essentially olive oil with red pepper flakes, increasing the flavor 10 fold. The dumplings were tender and nicely fried. Service was very good. Seating is a bit awkward so I suggest a wall seat.

Placed order online and waited over an hour for my food just to find out that they didn’t even start the order yet. Wasn’t even compensated for my time or their mistake. Don’t use an online system if you aren’t going to look at it.

Good food, prompt service. Recommend the Good ol Chicken for new people.

I always love the food but this time I picked up to go and got undercooked noodles that were hard, unflavored chicken, and salty broth. Disappointed

This place was mediocre at best. Upon arrival we were asked to sanitize her hands which is not a big deal but an employee in the kitchen area was not wearing a mask at all. And it would've also been nice to have known that it would've been a 40 minute wait on our food. Will never be back. My noodles were also overcooked.

This used to be one of my favorite spots, but have been let down lately. My noodles were over cooked and the service was subpar. I'm hoping they can turn it back around!

This place is paradise for the japanese enthusiasts of ramen this place reminds me of tatsuya ramen in austin texas and wow i am amazed! The food is great! Very close to kagetsu arashi in japan. The ajitama it was mind blowing and the karagee it’s another level. About the service just amazing a young man ismarel was an amazing person with great service and stories about the restaurant. Love this place! Strongly recommend and will come back again!

The ramen was good, and the service was ok. But the atmosphere is horrible, I'm not a fan of listening to screamo rock while I eat(which is every time I go).

Not my type of noodles, I don't know if the broth was supposed to be salty, but mine was way too salty that I couldn't enjoy the food at all, but hey, the pineapple drink was really good.
