Incredibly rude!!!!! The employee was very impatient and annoyed that I wasn’t familiar with the menu and drink beverages!!!!!! This place is new in the area and I decided to try because Dutch bros is to far away. Never again Dunkin! The drive thru window lady was acting as if I was asking for her personal caramel from her home ! Geez if I’m ordering caramel for my drink and PAYING for my order, don’t get mad when I remind you what I ordered . after you try to give me what i didn’t order!!!! This lady SLAMMED the drive thru window !!!!! WTH! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 7574888 Ofelia ! I was just trying to treat my daughter and I with beverages!!!!!

“Bad customer service” as what the previews customers coming out the store. And they were right no one greeted me, there are no employee in front of the cashier to assist you. Waited for 10 minutes and I can see them talking and laughing. I asked one of the lady employee to please assist me, she just walked away and made a face like didn’t hear me as she delivers an order outside. Few guys came inside and the girl on the drive thru finally came to the front and assist me. The store lack of employee and poor training. Not enough choices of donut and quantity. No donut menu on the drive thru too.

I'm a dunken lover and frequent them most days. This one just opened this month and so far the service has been great. For a new location, they are taking the rush hours like a champ. I'm positive that over time, they'll just keep improving. Just have patience yall.
