WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER ! I come to Dunkin’s every morning before work and I’ve never had a issue with any of my items until today ! My iced coffee wasn’t even half way filled and I ordered the sourdough sandwich and the sandwich wasn’t toasted and cold ! When I arrived at this location yes they were busy but that’s still not a reason to put out cold food or rush through your service ! I love Dunkin’s that’s why I continue to come ! When I called after I left the manager(Mylyzsa) was very rude and wouldn’t let me explain what was wrong ! She continued to argue with me and got super defensive! I asked her to provide me with corporates number and she couldn’t do so ! I came after work and MARK was very helpful and understanding even though he didn’t know what had happened! He wasn’t even aware of the situation that happened this morning ! LACK OF COMMUNICATION Through management! I called the number mylyzsa wrote on the receipt and it wasn’t even Dunkin’s number it was a catering company ! Will not be returning to this location! Mind you this photo was taken after I dropped my daughter off and only the cold foam had melted ! I cannot upload the video of sand which only photos ! But shame on you Mylyzsa for allowing food to go out that way !Shout out to Mark !! Excellent customer service

They took for ever to get my order done and then one of the items ordered they didn't have everything so they gave it to me with only half the ingredients on it and that defeated the purpose of ordering the item.

Donuts and coffee, you can enjoy it here, the place is small but quiet, there are not many people. Order your half dozen or half dozen donuts to go for $7.

Stopped by today because I love their muffins. Decided to get some cake donuts too. They are not as good as they used to be. Also, bought a jelly donut that had to be a week old. It was hard and I had to throw it away. Very disappointed.

I made my mobile order in the parking lot. By the time I walked in they had it ready. This is by far the best location I've ever been to. The staff were all laughing and joking with not only each other but customers as well. Super funny and catching atmosphere. Love these guys and gals. I've already set this as my new favorite location and I look forward to returning.

Visited this location for a quick coffee/chat with friends inside and it was so bad. The music was extremely loud inside, the cashier was not aware of what they did and didn’t have in stock/available to purchase and all the employees working that evening shift were screaming and loud the entire time. I guess they were just messing around while on the clock which contributed to such a horrible environment while wanting to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Now I know why I prefer Starbucks.
