Our hostess sat us at our table and told us our waiter would be with us soon, yet me and my family sat at the table for about 30-45 minutes. I had to ask a random server to come services us so we could get our drinks. The service was horrible they take forever to get to you just for some drinks. The service was even worse for our food, we got two items just for them to take about an hour to bring it to us and was cold.

I really hated it because again the waitress that attended us really didnt want to do her job. Food was cold. She forgot half my order n she didnt bother to bring us the utensils. My daughter had to get up n get them herself. I also asked for waters n no waters. N to top it off. Another waitress came to see if we needed anything n I asked him for the waters n he finally brought them. Complained, to the damm manger n he gave us a discount. They really don't care. N they didn't have any people I would have understood if it was packed. But it wasn't. Sucked.

We got to the restaurant they sat us down and waited for over 10 minutes for them to acknowledge us. The waiter's we discussing who was going to help us and the lady said if someone else wanted to help us and she walked away. We still waited until she finally came up but we decided to leave very disappointed.

So I get that iHOP is typically pretty low quality. So expectations are always low when we come here. Sorry iHOP but it's not your goal to be high quality.Anyway if I come with absolute minimum expectations and I'm still let down, I am going to leave the review.I used to go to Corner Bakery for the higher quality breakfast but even they have become a more expensive version of a low quality breakfast.This IHOP was special today. Brought my kid's cupcake pancakes without the cupcake icing which I feel like it's kind of hard to do that since it's in the name. But wait it gets better.I ordered French toast and received regular white toast with cinnamon sprinkled on it. I had to show the server what French toast was.It's getting harder to find good food and good service but this is not the place.As a former server and bartender for quite a long time, if there's one thing that I know is important it's training. And clearly our server who was brand new got terrible training if any.Be thorough if you come to ihop on university

This IHop used to be pretty good. I was so looking forward to an omelete this morning. But the waiter handed me tobasco with big chunks in it and a plate of pancakes with a long hair on it. Still had to pay for 2 tiny sips of coffee. Never again!
4 Waiters and No ServiceUsually love IHop and it was my first time coming to this location. After getting sat, no one came to check up nor start us with our drinks. Waited for 15 minutes with no one else in the restaurant. A family who had arrived after us had gotten served faster and on the way out was 3 waitresses just standing at the desk.
