Excellent sandwiches. Easily the best in Edinburg and elsewhere. The prices aren't terrible when you consider the super quality of the ingredients and the matching taste.When you have Subway have the gall to charge too much for their bland sandwiches, you can easily convince yourself to just spend a little more at Jersey Mike's for a superior sandwich.Support good sandwich businesses like Mike's. Edinburg deserves good sandwiches, not just tasteless Subway sandwiches that aren't worth today's inflated prices.

I was super impressed with the size and the taste of Jersey Mikes when they first got here and I'm already starting to notice some negative changes. It didn't take you all long to start reducing the size of your sandwiches. You all started out make bigger bread/sandwiches and it's so obvious what's happening now. The last time we went in, the giant that we got was significantly smaller that some of the ones we've had in the past. This inconsistency is what upsets customers and causes them to stop going. You do this too many times to the wrong people and next thing you know you're having to shut down and a taqueria or bakery opens up in your old space. It's bad enough that we have to pay almost $18 FOR A SANDWICH then for you all to start making them smaller adds insult to injury. I'll be going in again soon and will be measuring and weighing these next few sandwiches to post my findings here for everyone to see. Don't skimp you guys, stick to the quality that you've become famous for!!

Music was upbeat & light.Employees were cheerful, warm and helpful. Entire place was clean, I observed good communication amongst staff and manager asked me about my experience. I was torn between 2 options and the smiling employee suggested a THIRD option that ended up being out of this world. ? Can't wait to go back!Parking: This plaza has ample for the multiple businesses there.
A bit pricey, but their food is really worth it. They're customer service is amazing, and the food is always fresh. Great location for students.

I love Jersey Mike's, they always have great music, the staff is great and helpful, and the subs are OMG.My favorite sub is #13- Mike's way, add jalapenos and pickles and spicy relish and chipotle mayo on Italian bread!!!You won't regret it!!

Absolutely the best sandwich spot to dine at! Best experience I've received from the workers, they suggested some delicious sandwiches to try since I walked in and wanted to try something new from my usual 43 the Chipotle cheese stake and they suggested one very similar in the secret menu a 99 which is like the 43 but with mushrooms, jalapeños and an extra slice of cheese. Very bubbly happy workers who love what they do. I will Absolutely suggest this place to anyone who wants to try something new or loves a good sub.Vegetarian options: The veggie #14Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread, tortilla wrap both white and wheat and a bowl option

When I placed my mobile order, I had made special little customization requests for my sandwiches. Half the time, things like that are overlooked by other restaurants... When I opened my Jersey Mike's bags, each sandwich had a cheerful little handwritten note, acknowledging my requests. That made my mom and me smile. The sandwiches were delicious, and made just right. :)Vegetarian options: We tried both of the vegetarian sandwich options, and enjoyed every bite.

Went to get a sandwich and they were out of bread. How does a sandwich place run out of bread? Poor management. Jimmy John's and Schlotzkeys (before the new store) didn't make it in Edinburg. This place will not make it if this continues to be their standard.
