If I could give it 0 stars I would. The lady who attends Monday morning. Super rude!!! My order that I placed a day before was not ready and they were not even friendly when it was their mistake. She acted all rude and said WELL, IT'S NOT READY WHETHER YOU WANT IT OR NOT. Super rude. It's a shame they lost a very good customer because not only did it personally make sense to buy here but also for my work. I definitely won't be coming back here.

What an amazing selection! We got to pick and choose our items. We restrained ourselves and still spent $15 on cookies and goodies that are reasonably priced. Friendly clerk. We couldn't eat everything at once, but two days later the cookies were still delicious.

Very upset and disappointed with the management I ordered the cake that is in the picture red and only the middle had the frosting and on top I wanted it to look exactly like their picture I even showed the girl and told her the only difference would be the flowers and no chocolate as I went to pick it up it looks nothing like what I ordered and then the lady stated that I called and changed the order which I did not due to I specifically wanted the heart shaped cake like I showed the other girl I do not live near this bakery her answer to me was bring it back and you can have your money and go somewhere else she did not admit that it was there fault nor did she try to at least offer to fix the cake or make a new one very poor customer service never will I order from this place again I suggest that they need whole new people this is false advertising

ZERO STARS!! The worst experience! Don't buy from la reynera, they're bread is overpriced, and it's not the best bread either! I've definitely had better in the Valley. We choose to support neighborhood businesses, and this bakery seems ungrateful for the patronage. Such a bad experience, staff are the worst at customer service, telling customers to deal with it because these are the prices! So take it or leave it is the message... ok! We get the message Loud and Clear!! Time to go looking for better quality bread and excellent customer service elsewhere. Staff have absolutely no people skills at all. I'm not spending another dollar at this bakery!! You can count on that! I'm going to find a more customer friendly bakery where my business is appreciated and not disrespected. These people seem to have lost their way. Remember you're supposed to serve the customer not insult or mistreat them.

First off, the cake is off center and lopsided. These are not the colors we asked for. We asked for writing and they put this hard pice of edible print that looks so bad. It is also caving in the center. Who knows what the inside will look like or taste like. Very unsatisfied with this cake, do not custom order from here.

We just moved closed to this Bakery and we were really happy but the bread is horrible. Too old and when we want to eat next day, they were like paper. Horrible horrible. We never will buy there again.

Customer service is abismal. I bought some bread from this bakery, only for them to charge me more than my friend who bought the Exact same bread. When I called to complain the staff was EXTREMELY rude. They kept changing the reason as to why I was charged that much. She also kept hanging up on me when I was trying to speak to her, and had such a haughty tone of voice when she’s the one that scammed me out of my money. Afterwards, she offered me my money back in such a disrespectful way, that I’m never going to step foot in that place again. Absolutely worst customer experience. Don’t come to this bakery if you’re expecting professional attitudes.
