Seats line three tiers of white porcelain tiles in the ceiling, while past the seating area is a long dining room with green and silver walls. There’s a counter behind glass, next to which a man in a wetsuit operates a poached salmon from a menu reminiscent of upscale menus at Manhattan’s famous sushi restaurants. One of the best seafood combinations I’ve ever tasted, it’s just as appealing to me as it is to other people.Seafood is important to , the American people. That’s obvious by the number of markets with their names intertwined. Here’s one of the many such shops: Long John Silvers Seafood Market and Restaurant, which has numerous locations throughout the nation. When I take a trip back home, I always eat at Long John Silvers, both because it’s local and because seafood here, especially the east side, is exceptional. To give you an idea, that day I’m in the market, I sit down with Marcie Koch, owner of Cooks of the Sea, and pick out the fish she thinks would taste good together. For $49, we get just about everything she recommends to make an excellent seafood stew.It takes almost half an hour to pack the food to bring home, and the market has dozens of cases of seafood in which to put the frozen goods. They store most of the seafood in a cool room set up like a freight container. It’s a comfortable, busy place with lots of people bustling about in the mornings. And, I find, lots of fish to choose from.If you get your seafood at Long John Silvers Seafood Market and Restaurant, it comes with a smile.Cooks of the SeaA former steward from Long Island Sea Farms meets me for lunch at the seafood market’s restaurant, Cooks of the Sea. John Cook is seated and the food was just amazing.

So upset. Ordered the vegetarian black bean crunch wrap meal, with the extra crispy taco as black beans instead of meat. I'm a dedicated vegetarian. It's not uncommon for any Taco Bell to put meat in the crispy taco by mistake so I always check and they did put meat so I gave it back and they fixed it. Well, I was driving home eating the actual Crunchwrap and after I ate some I found out there was meat in that too!!! My whole order was wrong. I'm sick now. My stomach can't handle meat well. Please make sure they get the orders right.
Fast and great service but considering it was joined with Taco Bell they didnt have the full menu. But the food was awesome and fresh.

Went in for lunch. My 2 fish plate was half good. First fish was warm and delicious with taste. My second piece was dry and chewy. It feels like what ever was made much earlier or from day after, they put they put a little of each on plate. I rarely complain knowing that the managers are kids still in school and or left to be in charge cause the manager is away for some reason. But I guess this will never change on how we take pride on our fast food.
