The attendant was superb, very nice employee, the ice cream is fine, the cookies need a new recipe (not the owners fault), the store is mostly clean but has a sewer gas smell, all was fine, Marvle Slab and Great American Cookies needs a face-lift and recipe change...but the female employee is awesome.

The only issue I had with the visit was the temperature of the store. I’ve been there several times and it’s always on the warm side. Which is strange for an icecream shop. We wanted to stay there and eat our icecream but the temperature was super uncomfortable. Everything was melting as our order was being made. Our icecream didn’t last the ride home. Other than that… the guy who made the order was nice. No issues with the service, just the temp of the store.

Great service. I needed to get a last minute cake for my daughters bday. The owner (I think), rather than make me come back the next day designed a cookie cake for me right there and then. There aren't very many places that still provide quality service to customers. I'm so grateful that they helped this dad out. One more thing...the cookie was delicious.

Walked on with my 3 kids 13,9,and 6. Two young guys behind the counter completely ignored us. One even looked directly at me and looked away. Awhile later a young lady acknowledged we where there and asked of if we needed help. When I spoke to her the gentleman that ignored me with his back to me said he'd be right with me not knowing I was speaking to the young lady. My kids had a great experience and her customer service was ? amazing. You all should consider bringing tipping back.
