Had to make an unplanned trip home to be with my ailing mother. Fortunate to have the misfortune of having to do this quite often as she gets older but, in the past, my coffee snobery requires that I drive as close as 5 miles round trip to a SBux here in my hometown or as far as 20 miles round trip to the SBux in the neighboring city. The best coffee in Edinburg! Everything is always soooo delicious, and everyone is always soooo friendly and welcoming! They literally treat you like family! My go-to is definitely the Mexi-Thai, has the kick and the flavor that I need to start my day!

The women running it and working it are amazing! The personalities and the coffees are such a great pick me up, awesome way to start the day… coffees are always delicious. Can’t rave about them enough. Make them your #1 coffee stop! =
