Wish I would have read these reviews before but this place used to be such a local hotspot. It was really disappointing waiting more than an 1.5 hours for a small order.

I'm not sure what happened with Maki, but the service is terrible now and the wait times are ridculously excessive. An order for 2 sweet temptation rolls used to take at most 25 mins. Now it takes 50 mins. for the same order. It takes forever to get them on the phone and one of the women that works there (I'm not sure what her position is, but she picks up and takes orders and speaks only Spanish) is very rude. The food is great, but the service is disgusting. The gentlemen that used to take the orders by phone before had good customer service skills. I haven't seen them there in a long while now. If it wasn't for the food, I'd stop going there completely. The only thing going for this place is the food and pricing. Everything else is crap.

I know the wait is long, I never mind usually. I ordered at 3:40 pm and specifically asked that my order be ready by 5/5:15. My husband is out of work by 5 so he could just swing by and get it. He waited out there till 5:45. 10 min after they said they were on their way out. It’s ridiculous. He left before they ever came out. I called way in advance. I’m not one to complain or write a bad review but dang… this happens too often. Maki used to be our favorite sushi spot.

Well, I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt time and time again. They are constantly late at bringing out your food, which is disgusting when you are ordering fresh sushi because you don’t know whether your stuff is just sitting there, or not. This past time I ordered a maki box. I knew it was going to take a while and they confirmed it would be an hour wait. I agreed. I called back an hour later and asked them if my food was ready because I didn’t want to be waiting fore

when you tell people it'll be an hour, and even call saying that the order is ready. do not tell them it will be 10 more minutes for their order to be ready then make it 20 minutes. I didn't complain, I didn't give attitude. This is the third time in a row it's happened. and then the food isn't even as good as it used to be. I'm not sure what happened because Maki used to be my favorite.

This is for the owners, try to improve your curbside pick up. I ordered at 5:20pm and my food was ready at 6:45pm i understand Friday’s are busy specially with your 5.99 special.

The sushi rolls are so good. I'm craving a roll plus a side of sunumono salad is very good, oh and their rice mmm. plus the best l part their hospitality is wonderful

I enjoy Makis rolls but their rice bowls are not given as presented/promoted. I never get rice but I wanted to try something new the yakimeshi fried rice comes with mushroom, shrimp, chicken and meat and all I got was all rice and 2 tiny shrimps and the rest were chopped in very tiny crumb pieces of meat and mushroom very dissapointed on that. They are my favorite sushi place but idk about their fried rice there is space for improvement there and also I think with this whole
