We got so sick after eating this pizza! We've never been this sick before I don't know what happened but it was a terrible experience, we will not eat at papa John's ever again. I even had to take my husband to the ER. Don't eat here!!

I usually would pick this as my #1. But today I rate then 1 star because they got it all wrong. Since I ordered through their call center the Chinese lady did not get my address right after repeating it over and over. So they head out in the wrong direction. I was told I'd get a fresh order after waiting more than 1 hr. for my order I was really hoping they would deliver hot pizza and cheesesticks. They had the same pizza with the wrong address on the label's box. I'm so unsatisfied with cold food and waiting for what it seemed forever for it. I felt lied to and misunderstood. When will we get american English speaking personnel at these call centers???!

Ordered the sausage and pepperoni 6 cheese special. I got a basic pepperoni with no sausage and barely any cheese at all. Bland, no flavor. Asked for light sauce…. Sauce was falling off the pizza. Chocolate chip cookie pizza thing was disgusting. Hard as a rock. Crunchy and inedible. Cheese bread has zero flavor and is chewy and dry. $58 for disgusting food that will end up in the trash. Would have been better off just getting frozen pizza.

Had some good pizza for Sundays football games. The order time was quick 18 mins and it was ready to go, all packed up when I got there. Staff was friendly and quick to help at counter. They don't charge for cheese & red pepper like other places. Will say the dipping sauces is what set's them apart.Parking: They share the parking lot with another insurance agent. It can get packed quick when they are busy. There is pickup order slots and they will bring pizza out to you when you notify in the Papa Johns app.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have handicap parking up in front. With easy accessibility to ramp.
