I’m sure it was the manager because he was the only one wearing red but he was super rude. it was my first time eating there and he harshly questioned and judged what i put in my calzone and i ended up not getting it. i can tell that the other workers were kind and felt bad, they look miserable though but i don’t blame them.

Waited 30+ minutes for my order and when o asked about I was told they are working on it. Never comes out, so I ask again, and cashier tells me to hold on and helps another customer. I asked for the manager and never did I get an apology just that they're busy. Yet I was the last one there and I got nothing. They need a new manager and training. Never going back

Great pizza, no fuss! My wife and I can share a pizza, both be full, and get out for less than a fast food burger joint. We both love the cauliflower crust, and they have lots of tasty healthy toppings.

Most bizarre experience (in a negative way). They prioritize online orders when they had a line? The worker asked what I would like, then ignored me and started making the online order. It took forever to get my pizza due to the other worker texting & not doing his job. I guess go here if you want to be ignored.

Using reviews as my guide this seemed like a solid choice even though this chain has closed itsrestaurants in Cedar Park, Austin, San Marcos and San Antonio. Toppings were scarce and it was the thinnest and one of the smallest pizza’s I’ve ever seen. This should be advertised similar to the chain Mod Pizza as in “personal size”. The pizza was ready on time, did taste good other than the extremely hard edges. This was a to-go order with a 4-5 minute drive and upon returning to a meeting, this pizza was cold.
The food is usually good here. Unfortunately, the guy that moves the pizza inside the oven had his hands in his hair. He was rubbing his head and shaking his hair with his hands. He was also on his phone the whole time and wasn’t paying attention to the pizzas. This was the second time I went there and he burned the pizza. To be honest I’ll probably not go back.

This last time we were there we were next at the counter to order and it took ages before any of the employees even looked at us or acknowledged that we were there, not even a "hello we'll be right with you" or nothing, not a peep from any of the workers. This is basic customer service and if you can't even greet your customers properly you shouldn't expect a good review. Not sure what's so hard about being friendly and professional. Other than that the food was what you would expect of an assembly line pizza.

So went in today 730pm. To get some tasty ? pizza yeah nope one of the girls her hair touching my food like come on put it up and second at the front counter there was a roach the GM or manager who ever it was kill it in front of us w her hand ? but she wash her hands. This it’s not a healthy food place sorry not sorry ?
