It's alright. Doesn't impress me as much as it used to before the Brandon times brought a recession upon us.The size of the food has gotten smaller now. Popeyes was one of the last food joints that kept their patty sizes the same while everyone else made everything smaller....not anymore.I am disappointed.

What can I say.... BISCUITS are AMAZING ? . MASHED POTATOES I give it a PERFECT "10". No other mashed potatoes put gravy in the MIDDLE of the mashed potatoes and at the BOTTOM. I just LOVE IT. Chicken ? was AMAZING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. ♥️ ❤️ ♥️ ♥️ ♥️

WORST DRIVE THRU SERVICE EVER!!! Ordered 2 shimp tackel box that's advertised in the kiosk before ordering. Was cut off before telling them order was wrong. Drive to window, young lady seems to be in a bad mood, proceeds to give me my total of around $19 when it's $5.99 per meal. I am trying to explain what i want but yells at manager in Spanish that she doesn't understand what I am saying. Manager tries to help her but she interrupts him and says she now knows what I want. She doesn't ask but tells me "I can sell you an 8 piece shrimp box". Still not what I want, tell her again and she's yelling at manager again. Tell her to cancel my order and mumbled something before I drove off. Went to Popeyes #11459 they got the order correct but most important they were super courteous.

Went for a meal before work got to work my chiken strips were literally raw pink inside & hard looked like they were just heated in a microwave not even cooked! So disappointed because i couldn't go back to get another meal because i had to go into work ! Never again! They were nice about going for re done chicken strips but really why even bother! Not to mention the lady that took my order in the intercom rude!

I went through the drive thru and only one vehicle in front, let’s just say I’ll never get back those 15 minutes of waiting. Not even an apology was given. What are their employees doing the whole time ? Who knows, never again.

The worst staffed fast food place I've ever been too. Roll up to the speaker and their auto message plays instead of a real person. I said okay I'm ready because the auto speaker told me to say when im ready. The guy on the headset says "nah gimme a minute" takes my order after the wait and I roll up to the window. Girl named Y something takes my card and as I'm asking how her days going she closes the window mid sentence. The food is always fine. But every single time I came here during my trip these employees just did not care at all. Someone needs to step up and hold people accountable.
Chicken was cold and steal as if it was cooked 6 hours ago and left out of the warmer, have gotten my order wrong multiple times. I know this is Popeyes it’s nothing fancy but at least put effort to make sure this food is warm and edible.

Just tried the sweet and spicy wings ghost pepper wings. They are great! Dont sleep on popeyes, they had a good kick and made with what looks like real honey. Really crispy and and juicy chicken. It is a must try for any wing lovers out there. 8.9/10 ??
