Went by location tonight 3/7/24 @7:45PM. I went by to enjoy a good meal before I head home for the day. As I parked in the front, and made my way to the door, there was a hand written note stating “Lobby is closed, use drive thru” and door was locked. which was very odd as the hours of operation are till 9PM. As I walked back to my car in disappointment, I immediately noticed the staff member sweeping the lobby, removed the note and unlocked the lobby, which tells me they were doing this on own free will.Very disappointing on the crew, was definitely looking forward to having a meal after a long day at work. I hope management sees this review as I’m sure this isn’t the first time they do it.

Shout out to Emmanuel and the crew from Siempre Natural on University and McColl!! They remembered who I was, and took care of my order! Kindness, speed , excellent service, and excellent food! Highly recommend! I ordered the chicken, grape and pecan salad on a croissant with jalapeños ands fideo on the side, 10 out of 10 a must try!

I love going here, but lately they don't put enough salad. I'm having to buy 2 plates just so I can eat a lot of salad. The cilantro ranch dressing is so addicting. Overall, great place. I go often and the manager has always come to our table asking if everything is okay. Great customer service. Kudos to him.

I came here for brunch yesterday 3/31/2023, and I ordered the combo meal which was a sandwich and a salad with an additional small Fideo Soup. In my sandwich was chicken salad with grape in a croissant, and a garden salad will th cilantro dressing. I have had the same sandwich before, but for the salad, this would be the first time that I’ll be trying it with Cilantro dressing. Surprise, surprise; I like it! It is now my favorite salad dressing apart from ranch and caesar. My son does not like cilantro because to him it tastes weird; but I don’t have that problem, thank goodness! I enjoyed my meal very much.I am giving this location a 5-star review because the place is clean, the servers nice, it is affordable, and I feel like I am eating healthy without feeling like I’m eating grass. My food was really good!Kid-friendliness: it has a booth style dining which is perfect for kids and families.Parking: there is ample parking at the location.

?This is my favorite Siempre Natural location! They do everything right here…I drive a little further just to drive-through here. They are the cleanest location, they always get my order right and really listen when I say “no crackers” ? (the other locations ignore me when I say that and then I feel wasteful throwing them in the trash)Here, when I order a scoop of chicken salad, they don’t give me a little leveled scoop like other locations, they hook me up here generously with a heaping scoop and they get all my business because of it ? They also get this review (they didn’t ask for)I felt moved from so many good experiences here, I had to show some love ? Thank You

I went to buy some sandwiches and I grabbed some croissant and they were very cold and they don't heat them anymore so I noticed that the employees looked at each other with a desire to work and I also ordered a salad and they forgot the dressing and the one that delivered the food he didn't stop telling me to give me more jalapeños and Devolada left the window and now I won't be able to eat comfortably a little attention at his work I know they're going to close

Super good I recently tried the frozen yogurt and it was so good service is also great they don't take long and do your meal in front of you it's more of a calm quiet place to eat and relax

Rude customer service, 31 dollars for 2 sandwiches and a fruit cup ? All for chicken salad that was made yesterday? Your better off getting a full meal w dessert at apple bees or chili’s . I should’ve just stopped at Walmart for some chicken salad and croissants and some chips for way less

I enjoy eating the croissant and pecan sandwich. Plus I also enjoy their salad with fidello soup. Especially if your looking for a light lunch. Really delicious. The cashier was courteous. Definitely a great place to eat again. Safety measures are still in place.
