I agree with all the negative comments. Why can’t the orders be done in a reasonable time? There are so many people waiting, impatiently, and for good reason. The longest I’ve waited is 45 minutes! Thats crazy! I never complained because I feel sorry for the staff just trying to get it all done. When we finally get our order, it’s one item at a time. Not the best Starbucks to visit. The male barista w/baseball cap is extremely rude. Not helpful at all. Asked him for cup sleeve and he just ignored me and left me standing, waiting and he had no intention of bringing any. I asked other barista and she quickly said they were out and instead double-cupped. This after spending over $60.

THE TIMES I HAVE BEEN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT THEY ARE ALWAYS LACK OF SOMETHING, WHEN THEY ARE NOT MISSING CUPS, THEY ARE MISSING STRAWS, I THINK THEY SHOULD SUPPLY THEM MORE SINCE IT IS VERY BUSY.
