Food is way too overpriced for the quality. Beans were way too salty, and there was more chile and onion in there than actual beans. Meat was an unusual color and flavorless.The fries from the burger and torta weren't cooked thoroughly either.The first and last time we go. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The inside is nice, it gives you "dinner" feel, not too modern but also not unkept and unappealing to the eyes. While there was only one waitress, they did a good job attending the other customers and checking up regularly. The food was pretty good too, only negative was the Asada Fry being served on top of paper which caused the cheese to stick and latch to the paper. I think that specific dish is best served directly on the plate. Other than that, the rest of my compainons' food was nice and appealing to the eyes. Prices are a little on the middle-high end for a taqueria but since it's not part of a taqueria chain as far as I'm concerned, it can be overlooked. So yeah, solid 4.6/5 in my honest opinion.

The “bistek” is 75% fat and nerves, 25% meat. The tacos are bite size. The cilantro was brown/yellow. The baked potato is tiny. The one good thing was the beans! You are not getting your money’s worth at all. I will be shocked, if this establishment makes. It gives the Taqueria de Jalisco a bad rep. Oh, also, they don’t serve fajita. So anyone saying their fajita is good do not know meat lol

Good service and good food. I was surprised by the amount of options, some that I don't find everywhere. They have specials every day of the week. I enjoyed the sincronizada and some tripas.

If you’ve ever been to Taqueria Jalisco in Weslaco on Texas Blvd, or on 1015 OR in Elsa, you would understand that there is no comparison. This one was gross, as soon as you walk in the smell of cleaning products slams you in the face, it was a STRONG smell. The beans had some hard beans and some that were already past. The potato, oh God, they used shredded cheddar! No! That wasn’t even melted. If you’ve had papas at the other taquerias I mentioned before, you will understand. The tacos, nombre no se diga… The meat was the super cheap meat and the cilantro was brown and gross. The total for my combo with an extra soda de manzana was $14 and change. I don’t recommend it here, but if you’re ever in the Weslaco/Elsa area, those are good..

Had the taco combo and not happy at all with the food quality. The baked potato was not cooked and I had to microwave it once I got home. No beans with my order. Will not return and defintely not recommend this place.

Food is okay, customer service is horrible. 1 of the 3 ladies that were working were actually working. She was actually taking out all the orders to the vehicles and in the dining area. The other 2 were just plain horrible, especially the one charging behind the counter. We asked for a cup of ice and she completely ignored us, so the actual worker brought it to us. The phone rang and she didn’t even answer she just passed it on the ONE girl that was doing everything.So when it came to pay the horrible worker not doing anything ended up charging me. I asked on what they had charged me because it seemed pretty high, she got the ticket and tossed it at me. They charged me for 2 small cups of ice at $3 each. When I asked for them they did not mention it was extra nor is it on the menu either.I’m not too sure who taught these 2 girls customer service but it is plain horrible. Only 1 of the 3 actually deserves recognition because she did everything.I will spend my money elsewhere.If I can give this place 1/2 a star I would.
