This chicken is AMAZING! Please be aware the menu does not have accurate prices. I always ask the prices (it is just a few dollars more) when I order, and they do add on a small fee when using your debit or credit card. That being said, I have never had a bad order! The chicken is always hot, tasty, and even under priced in my opinion. They run out of chicken because of their popularity, and it’s like any food truck in a bigger city. When the food is gone, it’s gone. They don’t customarily cook more just because you ask. They are working on a budget just like any other small restaurant and can’t lose profits. The chicken sandwiches are so YUMMY, but they do have a limited amount. The fish sandwich is just as good too. If you don’t go right before the lunch or dinner rush, you may not get to purchase. REMEMBER: they do not make to order. They serve what they have and when it’s gone, IT’S GONE. They do not speak any English, but understand when you order perfectly. The trip to Edinburg if you don’t live here is way worth what you get and pay for. Excellent food!! ????????

Good old fashion fried chicken.So greasy it staind the paper bag it came in.The skin is crispy with just the right amount of salt.. I don't believe the chicken is given a marinade or brine before fried but it's still tasty. The bread rolls are delicious, soft and sweet.The prices are very low and the service is very good.
