I placed a pick up order on DoorDash for a mango magic and a açai boost. I got to the café and I told the girl my name multiple times and she brings me back an order with a smoothie drink chips and sandwich. I told her that was not my order and I was trying to give it back to her. I told her my name once again and she told me no that is your order, I showed her the receipt that it’s another different name not my name and she said no that is your order and close the window on me. I don’t remember her name all I know is that she did have a lot of facial piercings which honestly speaking I found pretty cool, but it is completely unacceptable to not hear the customer out when they’re showing you the proof in the receipt and the picture itself of the order what is supposed to be on the order to top it off the receipt had the original customer phone number

So I recently started coming here for the smoothies, after my second visit I was intrigued by the sign on the drive thru window stating “download app and get a free smoothie” so I decided to download the app and make a purchase. After making a purchase on the app, I have yet to receive the free smoothie!! I am not a fan of false advertisement.. when I decided to call, one of the manager on shift she told me there was nothing she can do because it’s a third party issue.. her tone was condescending and unhelpful… yes I became a regular and I still continue to stop by and make purchases but every business needs constructive criticism. Therefore, I am giving y’all 3 stars.

THERE WAS A BUG IN MY WRAP!!!I was lucky that I noticed it before I ate it. What I thought was a piece of wilted lettuce turned out to be much worse. This was my last straw.I have given this place many opportunities because I live nearby but this was my last one. They frequently get my order wrong. I have to ask them every time if they have lettuce because they frequently run out and replace it with spinach without even letting me know. The staff seems to not care about customer satisfaction at all and often seems distracted. This is an example of the most grotesquely unsanitary things I have yet to see. Lord only knows what else could be in their food that we are not seeing.

Food was just ok, decided to give this place another try since the first time was unmemorable. Took a chance and ordered a chipotle chicken flatbread. It should of been called chicken flatbread because the chipotle flavor was absent. Flatbread was grilled perfectly, but flavor was missing, just bland food. Drinks are always good but food lacks creativity. 7.1/10

We usually love this place. We've been here probably 15 times in the last three months. Tonight was an unfortunate really bad encounter.We ordered four usual drinks and immediately discovered that 2 were not blended. Fruit chunks and ice. We told the individual working and they remade it. When we got home, our kindergartner was saying he was unable to get any smoothie out of his cup.. the whole bottom was unblended ice.
Every time I go, they always ask If I want to tip. Why ask someone if they want to tip? Very very strange, odd, and rude.

Review update: I immediately saw changes when I returned to the establishment. I would like to recognize manager Steve and the tropical crew for really listening and genuinely caring about my business. The accuracy of my order was perfection. I really appreciated that the staff repeated the order at the window to ensure that they were delivering the correct order. 2 thumbs up, keep up the great work.

Restaurant had myself and one other customer and I must have counted the employee(s) cough in the kitchen areas no less than 5 times. At that point maybe take a bathroom break eh? Even if your mouth was coveted every single time it doesn’t make customers think “yummy” while waiting for their food to be made post Covid.
