I love the carne guisada, It's like beef stew. The beef is cube, tender in gravy. They got chicken or pork with sides, rice, beans, and mash potatoes, if you want a plate, or you can get it in a burrito you can get them to make you a salad as well. When I'm in the area, I definitely stop by.

I ordered the chicken taco . Which was decent . An authentic taco is shredded and has different types of spices . But if you read my reviews, I'm a food snob ! Then I ordered chicken quesadilla . For tomorrow. ? It is massive . The hot sauce is Awesome ! Hot ? Love it . The young lady , Chelsea? , was very sweet . 8.18.23 @ 4pm . Thanks, Tule Tree . And Chelsea???Follow and like for more to come .Vegetarian options: They do have that option, but I didn't order that .

We ordered two tacos, chicken and beef, they tasted ok. But the lady through them together in a tray that it was impossible to distinguish, what was what. Bad experience! Just a little more effort, and it would have been just fine.

I eat here whenever I have a pick/drop in Pharr. Veggie burrito is delicious. Although, it’s little pricey but food portion makes up for it.
If you expect the Country Pride at this TA like the sign and your memory says, you’ll be sorely disappointed. Country Pride, the premier restaurant for the American trucker has been replaced with this.This is a taco truck with air conditioned seating. Nothing more. At 2:30 in the afternoon there were zero customers and they did not even have chips for chips and salsa menu item. Apparently, they don’t have a very good reputation among the local and frequent truck drivers.Other drivers told me they are not open consistently so they never come here any more. They cannot count on getting fed.I arrived during lunch hour and the entire TA parking lot only had 4 trucks in it. Says a lot about their food when a truck stop is empty during lunch hour.I cannot comment on the food. Might be great! Maybe their chips are so good, they sold out in the first hour of business today. Yeah, I’m sure that’s it.TA I just LOVE your new business model. Fix what’s not broken with this. Great job!

Friendly customer service and the food was delicious. Had a steak and chicken burrito it was amazing and huge. The steak was salty alone but was a great compliment to the burrito.

Your burritos are so good, but I have no idea what time you open. Google says 7 am, but your doors were locked at 8:30 and I was told there was a staffing shortage. It hard to keep customers if we cannot rely on you being open.Updating to one star. Again not open on time. How do you expect a run a business like this?Your own employees don’t even know when you open. Maybe 8:30, maybe 9:00, it all depends on when the food is ready…what kind of a restaurant determines their opening time that way?Another update. Tried 9:00 AM today, still not open. This is the last time, I’ve given up on you.
