This place has such bad customer service and management. They are very impatient and don't know how to explain or understand the offers on the app. Also I've been going and they haven't had frosty but the orange flavor only and no Cinnabon. I believe a new item should always be in stock! Wasted my time going for nothing. Had nothing of what I wanted to order.

3 out of the 4 times I have gone through the drive-thru on my way to work over the last 2 weeks, I was left sitting at the speaker with no one ever answering to take my order. Tried again today, and someone immediately answered, asking me to please hold on. I waited 5 more minutes, but left without ever speaking with anyone again.

Everything about our visit to Wendy's was great except for the atmosphere. I guess I was so used to Wendy's always being packed that seeing it almost empty, reminded me of better days. Before COVID. And I tell ya, I miss those days. I guess we all do. Let's just hope & pray for a return to better days. And remember to wash your hands after a visit to the toilet. ?Parking: Plenty of free & handicap parking.Kid-friendliness: My nephews had some kid meals which they enjoyed very much.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are plenty wide for any wheelchair to pass thru with ease.
I ordered a daves burger and I got a chicken burger.. called so they can remake it and they gave my wife a hard time getting it....

Grilled chicken wrap was disgusting. The tortilla was tasteless not to mention the ingredients inside the wrap. The fries and salad tasted very artificial!!!!!!

Stop going to this place, HR should really be going to talk to each staff members in here. The manger Cesar treats his employees like they are nobody's and his staff of managers in charge like Ana bullies the kids that are working. Just sad how they say one story and in reality is a mess like there life!!!! HR SHOULD PAY MORE ATTENTION TO THE WHY THIS WORKERS ARE QUITTING ON WENDY'S!!!!!

I'm not a fan of Wendy's. Their food leaves a weird taste in my mouth and it feels very much like fake meat even tho they claim other wise. It's not this locations fault that the food is mid, their fries are alright and the staff were exceptional being attentive and getting my order correct. I'm also not a fan of what they're going to do with their food prices going forward so that's another reason why I don't see myself returning to any Wendy's location anytime soon.
