Drive thru is the worst I’ve been a part of. It’s taking over 30 mins for ppl to get their orders. I love whataburger but this location is not up to whataburger standards. Definitely 1 star

Great burgers and made to order. I always go back to Whataburger for some good-old-fashioned, home goodness.
The service is bad here. They forgot the cookies on my kids' meals. This is not the first time they forget stuff. Ironically, for today, the cookies were the deciding factor between Whataburger and McDonalds. I personally like Whataburger better, but the kids really wanted them cookies. Got home with the order and nada, no cookies. Then you call, and its if you are bothering them. ? wow. Plus, they don't do anything to make it better, At least offer an extra cookie or a free drink. I live 15 minutes away. That's a 30-minute round trip because of a mistake on their part. My recommendation is to check your food before you leave, even if you hold up the line for a little while.??♂️Kid-friendliness: They have good cookies. If you do drive thru, make sure you check the bag. ?

This whataburger is the worst I purchased 4 meals of chicken Strips non of them came with gravy I ordered I #5 and got a #1 I called constantly for about half an hour no answer worst 60 dollars spent very disappointing

I ordered 2 whatacatch meals and they were terrible. The fish fillets were VERY dry and had very little tartar sauce on them! Not to mention that the fries were seriously overdone. Bad experience overall ?

The burger is always good but the speed is terrible and don't even get me started on their fries. They are absolutely terrible. They never taste fresh. Idk what they do to them. I prefer to drive 15 minutes to the next whataburger bc their fries just piss me off. They're literally hard enough to use as a match? the manager is very nice and always fixes problems when you complain so that's that I guess.
