Usually this Sonic is pretty good, but this time they dropped the ball, our burgers were ice cold and my onion rings were all stuck together and not cooked, the only thing that was good was my cherry limeade.

I live literally 2 minutes from there. Placed my order online and left the house immediately. Food was ready when I got there hence the 5 stars for service. The food? Horrible! Not only was bun and meat not even warm, it was below room temperature. French fries were at least warm but they were soggy. Cheesesticks were great but I didn't get any marinara. I usually give everyone the benefit of the doubt but when the whole order has problems.......nuff said.

No stars isn't an option, but the issue was less about the actual location, cause I tried 3 places, & was really prob an app issue. Unfortunately, it doesn't take near as much to make me avoid a place these days, so when my card "declines", yet my money is made unavailable when it's withdrawn multiple times & sits in limbo until it's refunded, eventually...is a good way to make it happen.
