We went here like we have many times before , but this time boy did I get sticker shocked , all prices went up at least 25 % or more on the menu I can understand a little price hike but not almost doubled we really like this place but can no longer afford to come again

Meals were a little on the pricey side, until I realized the serving sizes. I literally took it home and made two meals out of it. As far as seafood goes, It's well worth the trip.

Food was excellent again. Impressed with food quality during odd hours. Lot of places don't serve the same quality food during less busy hours. I'm big on consistency at restaurants. Twice now and consistently excellent food & service. Absolutely no complaints. Hush puppies were so good that I ordered more to take home.

Update: last time I went there, I found the prices had shot up. I used to pay around $65 for our meals now the same dishes cost $80. The food is awesome tho, if you are willing to pay the price.

The people were nice and the place was big and clean. I tried the boudin balls and shrimp Alfredo. I'm sorry to say it was all bad. There was a LOT of food. That's 40$ wasted. There were more noodles than Alfredo. The garlic bread was just a toasted piece of the top of a bun no garlic. Perhaps I chose the 2 dishes that they aren't good at preparing.

This was our first time here. My husband and I are in town visiting my dad and I'm a pescatarian so it's seafood or salad for me. We really enjoyed the server's helpful attitude and friendly demeanor. She was quick to take away plates when we were finished with them and checked back regularly to make sure we didn't need anything. The food was fresh, tasty, and a generous portion size for both of us. My husband had the Philly Cheese Steak which was simple but good. He really liked the bread they used. I had the Grilled Red Snapper with rice and veggies, which was seasoned just right. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the large painting on the left wall and the children's art at the back of the dining room. We expect this family-owned restaurant to thrive!
