Took order by phone but didnt place it, drove 30min just for food not to be placed by person who answered phone. Asked to speak to manager she stated that manager was to busy. This is bad customer service but I will be calling back to speak to Manager at another time as he should be readily available at all times to put out his workers fires.

First time visiting Los Cucos and it did not disappoint. Flour tortillas were excellent. Ordered the Delicioso Grill with Beef and chicken fajitas and shrimp that was served sizzling hot. Taste and seasoning was spot on. Excellent service by wait staff as well. Favorite new restaurant when visiting El Campo, TX.

Very disappointed in their food the flower tortillas were cold and tearing apart . The food looked like slop just thrown on the plate. Ordered a margarita on the rocks it was terrible more water down than any type of alcohol in it.I would hope that the food would have gotten better since they remodeled the restaurant but ?? Nope the food still colder then ever and disgusting ?.I don’t recommend this restaurant for locals or out of town guests to waste their money in poor service and food.

Since the Los Cucos in our hometown burned down, we have been missing the great dishes offered by Los Cucos restaurants. El Campo Los Cucos DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Service was great, drinks were amazing, and the FOOD WAS FABULOUS!!! Will be visiting again for sure.
