I had a large group party (60 people) scheduled to visit Valdo's. The staff and owner, Victor, were amazing to work with. They were prepared, had menu options translated for our party, had signage to welcome them, and that was walking in the door. The service from the staff was impeccable, even with a language barrier for the majority of the group. Friendly, airy restaurant with an expansive menu. The fried green tomatoes were excellent. The bread was served warm and soft. The veggie pasta was filled with a wide variety of vegetables.

The menu is quite large with so much variety. Their house salad dressing is really delicious and if you choose the pasta Alfredo as your side you won’t believe how big the portion is. My husband got the stuffed red fish and for the first time ever couldn’t eat it all. I recommend sharing an entree so you can save room for dessert which I hear the bread pudding is delicious. I just didn’t have room
