Finally was able to drop by for a visit this morning and had the coconut latte and loaded oatmeal. Both were awesome to say the least. Sat outside to enjoy the cool breeze and watch daily commuters on Montana avenue right across for Police HQ. Delicious and highly recommend this hidden gem.Parking: Right across from EPPD garage. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the cookie batter waffles, the colonel sandwich, and the egg hash. The coffee is made using local beans that the store roasts themselves - the taste is smooth dark cherry. Iced tea drinks were very refreshing.I am definitely adding this place to my rotation.
