“A lot of variety of snow flavors and they also have many snow cakes of various flavors. The place is nice and the attention they gave us was very good. If we return to this place and we also recommend it. When we arrived the place was empty but within a few minutes it filled up and there was a line of several people and only one young woman was serving.“
“Delicious dessert to top off the evening! My husband had the cookies and cream in a cake cone and I got the non-dairy mint coco-chunk ice cream!! So delicious!! I'm so happy when ice cream shops have non-dairy options!! This may sound strange but another great thing about this Baskin Robbins was the fact that it was a larger location than the ones we have in Utah and they have customer restrooms!“

“Baskin Robbins on Viscount. Who ever that young girl/lady that was there yesterday at around 3:30 pm. Was the worst customers service anyone should recieve. OMG! wouldn't look me in the eye, never smiled and so rude. kept her head down when I was speaking with. Not even a Thank you, after I paid. She should not be working there or anywhere else Actually. If I were the manager I would say, BYE Felicia. If I do go back to the baskin robbins on viscount and if that same girl is there I will walk OUT!!! rather go to another one, than having to be served by such a rude person, unkind person like that!!!!!!.Parking: parking is okayKid-friendliness: Kid-friendliness with the employee was rude“
“I'm being picky here, I LOVE pistachio almond ice cream. FAVORITE & only one I eat is there. We went last nite & the tub was COMPLETELY empty. I asked didn't they have another tub & was told it was frozen solid, couldn't scoop it. Seems to me when you get 3/4 of the way down you take another out to start thawing. And there were 3 people there, not like 1 person working. Just VERY disappointed.It was clean, the people were very nice. Just, when you go out of your way to go somewhere for a specific one, it would have been nice cause it could have been avoided. And am always told it's one of the favorites there.“
“Nice & updated lil baskin-robbins place. Staff are always welcoming & helpful. Just drive-thru can be quite a headache, with either people getting stuck where they parked, because the drive-thru line is wrapped around really long & you can't reverse out, or your stuck in line at the drive-thru for like 40mins waiting to order, & once arriving to the call box, your told their out of stock on the treats you were looking forward to ?♀️?. Just got to be prepared to be patient.“

“Little man with the curly hair and glasses provided excellent customer service! I asked him to make me a Large Icing on the Cake shake extra thick (with extra simple syrup and marshmallow), and he did not fail to deliver! It was so beautiful, that I couldn’t help but fall to my knees and start sobbing. Best worker there!(I could not hold myself back from making another review, due to reasons that will be shortly listed, so i will just further add to my previous review)Alas, I found myself compelled once more to return to the sacred grounds. i simply could not resist the temptation of the sacred Large Icing on the Cake shake with the most exquisite blend of simple syrup and marshmallow. So much so, that I believe the children would refer to it as “feening”. And so, I mounted my horse and dilly-dallied my way towards my source of happiness. Upon my arrival, I was dismayed at the absence of the previous employee. I found myself desperate, wondering, “will i receive the same excellent customer service that was provided to me before?” However, this was an utmost foolish thought. How dare, dare I say! How was I so inclined to believe that i should not receive excellent customer service! Upon my arrival, a young lad that went by “Marcellis Mellington VII” greeted me. I explained to him what I was oh so desperately looking for, and he got straight to the point! Like a well trained martial artist, Marcellis began making the Nectar Of Life. While he was at it, he decided I was deemed worthy to learn his sacred knowledge. He decided to enlighten me on the matter that the simple syrup could be sold by the jug. He said it had never been done before, but that he saw I was capable of truly embracing the Simple Syrup. Upon me was a life changing revelation, and I immediately purchased their whole stock. I am $57,892 in debt, due to me purchasing most of it with a credit card. However, I have no regrets! Once again, an enlightening experience and will definitely serve to my personal growth!From the period between my last review and the time that I’m writing this one, I have been on the run from the United States government for not only being incapable of repaying the $57,892 i spent on the Sacred Syrup, but for evading ALL of my taxes. I’ve been in multiple foreign countries, trying oh so desperately to evade the IRS, but they stop at nothing!!! They managed to track my hotel in rural china!!! All because I wanted simple syrup. This brings me to the point of the continuation of this review. Currently, I am located in a country that has not yet had the blessing of Baskin “31 Flavors” Robbins. I’m starting to experience extreme withdrawals from not having my extra thick icing on the cake (with simple syrup and marshmallow) shake. I’m currently struggling to type this, due to how shaky my body is from the lack of what is essentially my water. This is the only way I can get a hint of relief; by praising my favorite place on earth. You see, even when I happen to find myself fortunate enough to be in a country that has a Baskin “31 Flavors” Robbins, it’s simply not the same. Nothing can ever come near the quality found in this location on Edgemere! Every dream I’ve had was about Baskin “31” Flavors Robbins! Eventually, I will reunite with my eternal love. Slowly, I’m making my way back towards my one and only true home, this location.it feels as if i’ve been away for millennia, eons even. though i’ve had plenty of time, i’ve been able to take no action due to my bounty placed by the United Nations. the bounty is so sought after in fact, that even Iran, Russia, China, and North Korea are assisting them in their search. my bounty has led to a temporary peace treaty between governments who despise one another. because of that, i feel i have a responsibility to stay on the run, as my capture would break this treaty. it’s just… it’s been months since i’ve had a Large Icing on the Cake Shake (extra thick with no milk and only simple syrup) and… i don’t know if i’ll make it.“
“Amazing. I was there when the young man was being attacked by an abusive customer around 1pm-ish. He stood his ground. The customer realized we were watching him and retreated. We thanked him and apologized for the rudeness of the other customer. We came back a few hours later(around 3-4), and it was busy. 1 employee, around 30 customers. They were rude to him and kept messing up their orders. He had to throw away so much product because of them. It truly was a waste. It was loud to the point that even he couldn't hear. I'm so disappointed on the rudeness if the customers. He wasn't rude. He was tired, exhausted. He didn't have the stamina to use his customer service voice, so he had to use his Normal voice. That's right, normal. I heard him talk to the man who was abusing him in the morning. The tone wasn't the same. The tone he used was genuine. It was clear that he was tired and he wanted to clear out customers so he can clean and go home. God bless him. Even tho I'm much too older, if I see him having to suffer from those ruthless people again, I'm not going to hesitate to stand up for him. He's too young to go through this. Be better El Paso.“
