Gonna have to stop by or call and see if they are open.Got a craving for some Birria Tacos so the family and I came to try this Food Truck spot. Due to the amount of establishments that get the dish wrong I didn't know what to expect.Upon arrival you can quickly see your Menu options and are greeted by the staff. The staff here were very kind as well as professional during our visit and made ordering easy. We ordered several orders of Birria Tacos as well as their Birra Grilled Cheese which I personally have not yet had or seen so we had to try it. For our beverages we ordered a Mexican Coke and several Strawberry Horchatas, a beverage I have also never seen or had before.It was not busy so the wait was little. They own the building right beside the food truck so we were able to dine in! No messy car and no waiting to get home! The place was clean, the tables and seating were clean, the air was fresh and the ambience was relaxed. Outside there's plenty of parking space.Our food came and the anticipation was over. Quickly I understood the prices. Here they are very generous with the portions. Normally establishments give slim tacos with small sides but not here. The tacos are loaded with meat and cheese and sides are plenty. The little consomé cup was filled rather than being at half. There was plenty of radishes, onion, cilantro, lime slices as well as their in-house made chile de árbol.After devouring the tacos we all tried the Birria Grilled Cheese and it was fantastic. The sandwich had their Birria and cheese on some Texas Toast which I believe was dipped and fried. First time to ever try it and it is a must try!The Strawberry Horchata was also very good so we ordered several! A beverage that we believe you should try!Overall we are very happy with our visit! We had no issues of any kind. The prices are higher than average and justified. Our meals were absolutely delicious! The staff were kind and professional. At the time of our visit parking was plenty and seating was plenty. Definitely one of the better spots for Birria Tacos and we will be coming back!The photos are current as of today 10/20/2023.
I wish I could give it more stars, but the fact that I've been wanting to try this place, but they are literally closed every time I'm free, really sucks. I wish they had better hours.

Located near the intersection of Zaragoza and Montana in far east El Paso, this humble joint boasts a family recipe for Birria that outshines all other Birria offerings in West Texas. It's so good I was inclined to do my best to keep it a secret but how could I deprive my fellow West Texans of the joys of this little known gem?

Some dang good Birria here! Highly recommended and good customer service. Although it did take about 25 minutes to make the order it was worth the wait. If your short on time you may want to place your order ahead of time!

Beyond amazing! Birria is delicious!! Just enjoyed their food for the 1st time in Horizon City on a recommendation from our daughter and it did not disappoint. Please frequent our area more often but would definitely make a drive to where ever they are located

Where do I even begin? Can I give 10 stars instead? The XL was HUGE!! I honestly think it can feed up to 3 people it’s huge! But it’s so delicious! I’m not really a birria person and when I say this birria is so good it’s AMAZING!!! I think good customer service is a must and the people who helped out went above and beyond!!! ? definitely recommend this place!!!

The best in El Paso! This is the only restaurant where I get my birria. They give a generous amount of food for a solid price. My only complaint is that Horizon needs more food truck pop-ups.

Holy smokes!!! We are fans of Birria tacos and we are always looking for the best in town. I think we found it ! These are by far the best tasting birria tacos in El Paso. The meat inside is so juicy and flavorful! I highly recommend this little hidden gem. They sell out so make sure u get there early. The aguas frescas are delicious as well !
