We used to love the food truck and would frequent it at least once a week. The last 3 times we’ve gone have been disappointing to say the least as the flavor and quality of the food has declined. The meat was chewy and did not have the distinct flavor they are known for. The quesadilla was just cheese and overcooked meat without any toppings. And the cheese fries lack cheese. It almost seems like it’s a completely different food truck.
Good amazing food ! Highly recommended!
