I've gone to this place twice, and both times I brought friends who have extensive food experiences in other places. Needless to say, we were all impressed with the customer service and the amazing burgers. One of them loved it so much he's bringing his friends next time because that's how good his food was. This is the kind of gems that I'm glad El Paso has and in my stay I've been able to find. Whataburguer has nothing on y'all!Definitely my burger place from now on, huge thanks to the owner for his recommendations and amazing customer service skills.

Westside location is where we ate. Amazing food! Everything is so fresh and delicious. My kids loved it. The salsa is so good. I highly recommend to everyone.Edited Nov. 14, 2021I have ordered the bold burger three times. Once for takeout where it was confirmed the order included fries. Once for dine in where the bold burger had fries on the side and once on uber where there were no fries. I wish there had been a note that delivery get a different meal. It feels kind of disingenuous to make regulars think they are getting the same meal. Especially since you get charged the same price. I am a little cranky since the driver also spilled my drink. Do not order delivery. You get less and with the added delivery and charges end up paying a lot more.

Not sure if I'm just having the worst luck or bold has changed. It used to be my favorite place but the past two times I've gotten food poisoning. The first time a month ago I shook it off and did not feel its worth making a review on but last night I made the worst mistake of eating here again and now both me and my 2 year old are ill...again. So I don't think I'll ever be back after having this experience twice in a short span. With that being said, I rate them three stars because overall my old experiences were always nice before their new location. I'd proceed with caution though.
Best burgers around. Customer service is outstanding, and with being close to UTEP the best place for lunch for students. You can taste the care and passion that is put into the food. There are great burgers in El paso and then there is BOLD.......

Update in response to restaurant reply: Ok then I have dropped my stars to 1 because I expect so much more from a local restaurant charging twice the price. May want to re-think your quality control because the seasoned fries I got were really bad and the burgers weren't much better.Original review: Disappointed after reading all the great reviews. Maybe they take more pride in their dine in orders but I was lazy and had it delivered. Delivery was quick so that wasn't an issue. Spicey Chipotle Burger had maybe 3 jealopinios, Chorizo Burger was ok but both had more bun than anything. Would have been just as happy with McD's and a jar of jealopinios for half the price. The seasoned fries were cold and soggy (the rest of the meal including onion rings were warm) so again delivery wasn't the issue. The onion rings and chorizo tacos were good and were the only thing keeping this review from being a 1 or 2 star. I travel a lot and try and eat local as much as possible, that being said I would have preferred a chain business over this one.
