My recent customer experience at this BK drive through was outstanding.I was greeted by a kind young fellow at the voice box with a quirky welcome statement, that went along the lines of “Welcome to Burger King, where YOU rule.”This sheer respect for brand culture and customer immersion certainly brought a smile to my face. Moreover, the friendly voice happily took my order for a family bundle coupon the includes 3 Whoppers, 3 fries and 3 kids burgers for less than $18!When all was said, done, and paid, the friendly rep even went as far as to ask me “is there anything else I can get for you?”I don’t know if this location is under new management, but this was the very first time I have ever been asked such a question, or been provided such an immersive and seamless experience; needless to say, I was very impressed.God bless you Burger King. In this world of price gouging competitors of which I need not mention names…you have remained true. God bless you and Godspeed

After reading recent reviews I noticed a common pattern, everyone is talking about a rude, unhelpful girl. Well tonight it happened to me, the girl at the drive through was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. And to top things off she is full of piercings on her face including a nose ring on her nose. How can Burger King Corporate allow this?? It is disgusting and unsanitary!! What if her piercings fall all over the food or on cooking equipment. Something must be done, Burger King or the Health Department cannot allow this girl to continue working with all the piercing on her face.

Worse customer service ever I saw. A lady her name Veronica was so un proficienal I asked for 4 small cups glass of water I made one of them lemonade for my three years old be ause I did not want her to drink big cup.Veronica asked me to throw away the cup and fill it water. It's not about the small cup of lemonade It's about the Customer service she has she was so mad at me and gave me very bad look because I filled lemonade one small cup she had me to throw it away instead saying it's fine this time but next time you have to pay for it.So bad customer service.The problem is she is the manager. So sad for burger king to have manager like this.Never come back again.

Today we went through the drive thru and had a great experience with Damion at the window! Such a wonderful and funny employee. He definitely made our day and was so kind.The food was made well and was hot/fresh. We experienced no problems!Will definitely be back. ??
