I called your west side location at 8:30 on a Tuesday night and someone named Alexa refused to accept a takeout order because it was too late. Your hours are listed as open until 9:00 pm. My guests from out of town were very disappointed because they wanted food from your restaurant while visiting El Paso.Very embarrassed for your company as a regular customer.

The chicken is rubbery to the point that I got tired of chewing and it got stuck in Mt throat. Not a good experience. They need to cut the pieces smaller or cook it longer to soften it up. The calories de rez was the same last month. I won't be ordering caldo here again.

Overall the food served here is good. However, the Crispy Golden Tacos should be called the Soggy Golden Tacos, Tried picking them up and they fell apart turning into one big ugly mess. They looked disgusting. I suggested to the manager to put a paper napkin or parchment paper to absorb the moisture and prevent the tacos from falling apart.. She said they would look into it and offered to bring a new batch. She never did. No discount was offered either. The Arrachera at 23.00 and Tampiquena at 18.00 to 20.00 are pricey. Other items are priced fairly.

The food here is totally authentic and not at all bland. The staff is all bi-lingual and the service is over the top. Beside individual dishes, they serve carnitas family style. But the real treat in this place is the homemade tortillas. They are the best.

I took my wife for breakfast to Carnitas Queretaro on Mesa and Remcon and we ask for 2 bowls of menudo and the worse thing we ever had. They added more water and red pepper flakes to give it some color and taste. They charge me $23.00 dlls and I felt like If they just open my wallet and took my money out.

We love coming here for the Mexican food, reasonable prices good Margaritas and the taco Tuesday specials for a dollar R unbeatable. Seating is usually available servic is great, highly recommend the spot if you wanna try some real deal Mexican food.

Authentic Mexican food! I was very excited to visit this place. The barbacoa is delicious! and I had a little menudo cup just to try it, great flavor. The atmosphere is nice, just the service was a little bit slow but the wait was worth it.
Went for mother's day what a horrible experience. Parrillada was served cold and the worst part is the arrachera was spoiled. Now all the family is sick to their stomach. Never again will I visit this place.

I have been going to eat at carnitas queretaro for ages. Its delicious. Although we seriouly need one next to Sunland park racetrack where people go to the racetrack and go over bridge to sunland. The great local would be the old car agency. Please make one with a.buffet style. It on the road that lots of people travel plus all the onwers of horses and hotel guests. Cant go wrong

Great menu and service. Food was delicious. The enchiladas were so good I was eating off my husbands plate and he liked my beef Barbacoa so much he was stealing it. Neither were very spicy but great flavor which is what we wanted. Our waiter, Jorge, helped us find the perfect meal for us.
