I would give zero stars if I could! We came here ordered and payed, we got up to the window to get our food and they told us it wasn’t there we showed them where it had came out of the bank account waited 15 mins and then Elijah came and told us there was nothing they could do and we were trying to talk to him about it and just walked away there was no one we could talk to due to the inside being closed very disappointed in the service we received and spending money on something that we didn’t even get

Poor experience! Ordered delivery at 2:55 pm (not peak hours). Order supposed to be delivered between 3:05-3:20 pm. Order finally started being prepared at 3:37 pm. Food arrived cold at 3:46 pm.

No accountability, 9:20 AM They got my order wrong. They said I could just keep the meal because they messed up. Manager came and took the food away from me and threw it away. Definitely NOT my favorite Chick Fila in El Paso. SO

This use to be my favorite restaurant, until it wasn’t anymore. I ordered 3 meals on my lunch break, drove 20 minutes TO get it in traffic so was a bit longer which was fine. Rushed home to be welcomed by the wrong order. Called 3 times before I got an answer. Was told I could come back within a week for a remake. Tonight went for my remake and was given attitude by two workers. Didn’t ask if I needed ketchup drinks or anything. So I guess I have to pay for your guys mess up now? No thank you! Do better Chick-fil-A! Very disappointed! No longer a loyal customer

Well, I’ve been to this Chick-Fil-A so many times, as I’ve lived in El Paso for 6 years, and this is the restaurant I always frequent. Tonight I had a horrible experience.. and I didn’t feel like being confrontational about it. But I am super disappointed, especially for a fast food place that is all about customer service. I accidentally placed an order for pick up inside, I wanted curbside.. I’ve used this app hundreds of times and I haven’t made this mistake until tonight. Well, my only logical option was to go through the drive thru since I couldn’t go inside the restaurant due to how I was dressed (it’s Saturday, I’m relaxing in pajamas.) Little did I know this was the biggest mistake of my life because it turned into a 10 minute ordeal at the drive thru speaker with the drive thru attendant. The drive thru attendant had an employee on the walkie talkie who kept repeating the same nonsense about how I could change my pick up method in the app, which I proceeded to tell them and show the drive thru attendant about 10 times that I in fact couldn’t, and I’ve used the app enough to know what she was talking about but the only option I had was to click that I had picked up my order. Finally, I guess they believed me? After treating me like I was so stupid, and so I was about to pull forward in the drive thru when I heard another employee over the walkie talkie talking crap about me, and the situation… they made a snarky secretive comment. So finally I get to the window, they basically throw the food at me. I look in the bag and my large fry is barely filled.. and then the drive thru attendant at the window snarls “my pleasure.” What an interesting experience.. thanks for treating me like I’m stupid. I’m 27 years old and know how to work a cell phone, and the app, I couldn’t do what they wanted me to do and they acted like I was the biggest inconvenience. Then I got my barely filled fries, that were also cold because now it’s been almost 15 minutes of hassle. If you’re going to make snarky comments about a customer and use code words, make sure the customer has pulled away…
