This location is the slowest I've been been to. Twice I've been here and have done the drive thru and have had to wait 20+ minutes while they're loading up delivery orders. Why bother even coming to the store, it's not faster and being in person here definitely isn't a priority.
This place has to have the worst customer service out of all the Chik Fil As in Texas.Theres a short asian lady, i swear she hates being there and hates that she has to serve you, always a terrible attitude. And the afternoon crew, if you ask them because they forgot straws or sauces, which they always do, they act like youre being a nuisance.What a disgrace to other Chik Fil As that pride themselves in top customer service.Beautiful new establishment, Terribly managed!!

Went to enjoy a kid friendly dinner with some friends and their kids and while in the play area there was an employee that was a little too much. She was bossing the kids and every time she'd open the door to say something all the kids froze, like they were scared of her.
