Food service was so fkn bad. Made me wait for 30min for spicy chicken got home and it was regular chicken. The breads were very hard with no honey. My French fries were cold also with my mash potatoes. I recommend to hire new employees the girls working there are rude and no experience at all! You guys lost some loyal customers. I do not recommend any one to come here to buy chicken.

The bathroom hasn't been cleaned all day. There was no toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap. There was hair in the sink.I brought this up the front counter. Someone eventually came out with a mop bucket but left it in front of the bathroom and went to talk to her coworker who was sitting down eating with someone.The bathroom was never cleaned the whole time I was there.

The food was awful, my chicken sandwich look old, I spoke with the manager and she was so rude, she didn't want to return my money, she said the sandwich was in not very good condition but she wasn't allow to give me my money back.
