Food is good but, I'm definitely not pleased with the customer service. There isn't good communication between the front cashiers and the kitchen staff. Neither of them couldn't provide me with any accurate times on when my food was going to be done. I just was forced to keep waiting longer. They pretty much just yelled at each other asking the same questions back and forth. They definitely need to work on the timing, team communication, and organization.
I came to this location because it was on my way home. And their chicken is always great. But the time I went I ordered the 3 piece tenders with mashed potatoes. And my parents ordered the 2 piece chicken with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. We also ordered jalapeño poppers. We got our chicken and it was burnt. Biting through the chicken tender was hard. And the skin had a burnt taste to it. I will not be back until the chicken is cooked properly.
