So this time i had to waite from 6:20 pm till 6: 50 pm for a personal pizza. The manager named Benjamin told me it takes 15 minutes to make but he was going to check on it 6 minutes later the girl came with my pizza but not from the end of the oven she was walking from where they make the pizza. The pizza was not hot & it had a clear bubbly liquid on it i lifted a pice & the liquid was sticky I didn't eat the pizza i left it there & left. This crew was just lazzy the whole time i was waiting for the pizza the manager was at the front on his phone till i went to address the issue. He even told me he was having a issue with one of his employee but yet he was just standing around from 6:20 till 6:50 pm just on his phone i guess he was working hard. So today 10/31/22 i got a call from them & was told they were going to review the camera's to see if they did it or not but im sure it was spit

Very cold place , and very odd welcoming the staff is cold and bland you make conversation and they don't answer or say anything,just cold smirk and out , you look at something and they pass by and say it's the same! And walk away, I asked for desert and they Say if You wait 15 min , I'm like oook. If you don't like your job simple Just look for another one. Pizza had some or no flavor

It was some good pizza . I DID NOT HAVE MONEY so I searched for coins, and an old woman saw me and told the employees I WAS SHAKING AND HITTING THE COIN MACHINE when i was just searching did not touch the coin machine at all.
We went for lunch and everything was delicious. Everything is a bit crowded, so I'm not sure if this will be the location we choose next time.

Pizza is always fresh, the pizza trays always full and the staff super friendly and welcoming.I honestly live on the Westside of El Paso and there is a Cicis Pizza less than 2 miles away from me, but I always end up on the Eastside of town at the Viscount location.
