I don’t normally do things like this but this was too much, I couldn’t believe it. I bought some of there mango chamoy snacks and this was on it… I almost threw up. I had already eaten about 5 pieces I hope there isn’t any secondary effects to this.I’m disgusted

The staff was rude and argued when an issue with an order was pointed out. They refused to refund money until owner was called.

Bad customer service. Don't try to ask to pay for items you want to buy if the staff is busy, you will be inconveniencing them and they will let you know that your patronage is not appreciated even if the store is empty.

This place is amazing! The staff is absolutely lovely, they have a variety of things it's hard to find in other places, and their dine-in/carry-out menu is great! I loved the salmon burger, mushroom soup, Immune Blaster juice, cauliflower soup, and....well, that's everything I tried, so maybe I just love everything!! Definitely excited to make this discovery.

The staff is very knowledgeable, l was suffering from pretty bad allergies n went to buy pollen capsules they didn't have capsules but l bought the powder type, working great so far ! My nose is not running every time l go to my back yard.

Loved this small organic grocery. Small food selection. Few items which are more difficult to buy. It is more on the high end price range. Also they have a deli and juice bar. Loved the Green Goddess smoothie!

VERY POOR SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!. DUE TO COVID ..THEY ARE NOT TAKING RETURNS EVEN IF THE ITEM WAS NEVER OPENED OR TOUCHED.. I read the directions right after purchase and brought right back in with receipt and the “Mgr”. Showed me the sign that had blown down due to high winds...stating due to covid there would be no returns...even after at time of service she said “you may try this.” There is also sign on the register stating that no cash refunds would be given ONLY store credit. She was not clear, not professional and apparently not sure if they will or they won’t (due) to different signs posted. I explained I was a cancer patient and needed something to try/what did she recommend.. everything totaled almost 90$ the unopened tea was 30$. After reading it was to be used 6-8 x a day to be effective ... I told her given condition that would not be in best interest.. she said sorry.. I was very upset. Said she should have taken one of the signs down, changed her verbiage to not say try/implying that if it didn’t wk bring it back! I was upset and telling her how I felt that she really should be more clear! She asked me to leave and said if I didn’t she was going to call the police!!! Poor customer service, expensive products and NO MONEY BACK OR STORE CREDIT!!! I have pictures of both signs in store now and by the way...the one that was stating no returns.. was nicely/conveniently blown face down she had to lift it up for me to read upon arriving back in store!!!BUYERS BEWARE!!!
