I ordered a Mr. Carbon through the drive thru as the 1230 are very fast, everything in that package was delicious. The staff are very friendly, this has to be my favorite Don Carbon in El Paso. I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

We arrived at 9:20 the place was already flipped inside out. Staff was cleaning when we ordered and they all stared like if they wanted to close early. No place to seat and eat by 9:20 when it supposably closes at 10:00 PM. Very unprofessional cashier and manager. At 9:30 we wanted to order more food when we got up to the cashier (manager) they stared at us and looked around and I asked “is it too late to order it’s 9:30?”The Manager just said, no and took our order.
Great customer service and even better food. The chicken fit bowl is SO good. If you’re looking for a healthier option, try out the fit bowl. It is delicious and filling.

The food has gone down hill. I bought 2 orders of beef and chicken fajitas. The chicken was a bit under cooked and very salty. The steak and picadillo were lacking flavor. The baked potatoes were burned and the tortillas are never cooked properly. The Charro beans are 90 percent water. The grilled jalapeños have a weird lemon pepper dirty grill taste. Won't be back.

I came in 15 minutes before they closed I order the 3 piece chicken with macaroni salad and the baked potato. I also order the tres leche cake . The chicken was delicious, fresh and warm . However the baked potatoes I got was old it had blacked spots and it tasted disgusting. It had melted cheese on top but it more like government cheese. I tossed the bake potato out . I had the chicken again after 2 days and for some reason it more more delicious, it tasted like it had a bit of lemon on it but I didn't taste when i first took a bite from it . The tres leche cake was okay , wasn't the best but it served its purpose
