Mediocre service. Took my family for lunch after church. When we got there, the place was empty. The lady took our order, wasn't exactly cheap, but we got our glasses and went to get our drinks. Every flavor on the soda machine was out, except diet coke and sprite. Our food took forever, and then I saw the food sitting on the counter, but the lady was busy talking on the phone. Since she didn't bring the food, I went and took it. She then apologized for not taking the food, and offered to reheat it. It wasn't that cold, so took it to my table. The chicken was tasty, my son loved it, the tortillas were terrible. They had a choice of three salsas, and didn't realize there were plates with tortilla chips, since no one pointed them out. Chicken is good, but with service like that, won't be going back. The lady there was the only one taking care of running the place, there were two other guys there, but looked like they didn't care to help her at all.

So let's be honest.....this is a direct rip off of don carbon, not even trying to hide it a little. As a huge fan of don carbon I was very curious of this place because it was closer to the house and coworker said it was very good. The food is not bad, actually it's good, but the question is if it is as good as carbon. No!!! Not even remotely as good as don carbon, there is no texture to the chicken, flavor is similar to carbon but not as potent, more expensive than the carbon, and not as fast of service. I guess if you haven't tried don carbon you might like this place, if you're reading this do yourself a favor and go to don carbon. It's the original and when you go there you will realize what a hack job this place is.

Went through the drive-thru. Waited forever. When I got home, found the charro beans were cold. They didn't even taste like charro beans. Was only given one side, but ordered 2. The food was bland, other than the smokey flavor in the chicken and beef fajitas, that comes from the way it's grilled. Not going back there. This place is a cheap knock-off of the other "Don" chicken place.
