Brisket burger is really good ! Steak burger not the very best but decent . I also went with my child not a very child like atmosphere. More like a bar and football game watching atmosphere. Would recommend if you would want to go on a date . Suggest to not bring a child . Not kid friendly . Menu says otherwise but child was unpleased . Also waitress took too long . Wait time for food is long as well .

I have been here several times 3/23/2024 worst experience ever. My food took an hour. Several customers after me were served immediately. When went to talk to management was ignored. When food was served it was cold. When complained again to manager " let me just put in the microwave " I told her " oh just reheat ? I'm entitled to fresh cook food " her answer " we're bust that's what you can expect " and walk away. Will be either speaking to regional manager or corporate. Left without eating. Horrible experience in all sense.

Our server was very rude, while ordering I informed her I had a gluten allergy and asked if an item was gluten free and she said yes with a weird attitude. Had to ask for her to inform the kitchen staff of my allergy to prevent me from getting sick. She just seemed annoyed the entire time. Super disappointed as this is not my first time at this restaurant. I did not get sick thankfully.Dietary restrictions: Grilled chicken is gluten free. Server was annoyed with me mentioning an allergy.

Steaks were delicious, baked potato was well cooked, everything was great, until my mother found a hais on her medallions. Brought ut up to the waitress, and all we got was a meaningless and quick "I'm sorry" jumping quickly to, "is there anything else you want?" And a rude demeanor each time she checked on us. I felt sorry as well, at the time to sign the check. ??♀️Kid-friendliness: No kids menu
