ONWER NEEDS TO WATCH THIS.I like getting crepe from here. This is best crepes you can get in EP IMO.However, every time i visit, time management in H.B is one of the worst. (On Montana, and the fountains)I’ve been to H.B 4 times and every time it takes good 30mins to get the crepe.This time, Waited 35mins for one crepe, they forgot the order. Also, they forgot the order of customers right before us when they checked their order after waiting long time.(guessing one staff didn’t hand over well before he got out)One lady staff with glasses apologized for making us wait for long and offered other things she can help with. She did great communication with customers.(actually the best i’ve ever seen for the past 2 years)If i were the owner of H.B, i would be upset that he/she loses customers because of waiting for too long not something like bad food.That would be so sad as we love H.B crepes.I hope this review reaches to the owner.

This place is amazing the food taste top tier staff treat you with respect when I came here I tried the waffle with ice cream and toppings and it taste better than better if your on a low budget I recommend you come here only down side that the tables are kinda dirty so get drive thru 4.2

There were 4 employees and we were in line for 40min for 2 yogurts and 2 shakes. The shakes were basically water and I ended up leaving without the yogurts because they made me wait even longer. It’s always a wait but this time it was too much. What happened to good customer service?

This place can make anyone bananas for crepes!! Fast and friendly service every time and this location is a way more fun setting and bigger than the Fountains. Will most likely keep going to this location every time I've got a craving for crepes.Although I've only ever tried their sweet crepes, their savory ones look equally amazing! I just can't get myself to steer away from their strawberry, banana, and nutella ones! It's my trifecta of toppings!Recently went with my bestie and she got a boba drink with the espresso flavor which she loved! Definitely coming back for more hangs!
